Chris Alford

Hi, I’m Chris Alford. I lead the acquisitions department of our real estate investment business, where I work directly with property owners to help them sell their homes quickly and hassle-free. Whether it's a single-family home in Houston, a multi-family property, vacant or raw land, or a manufactured home that needs to be moved, I specialize in finding creative, fair solutions that work for everyone involved.
Though I’m a licensed real estate agent, our main focus isn’t on traditional listings — we’re investors. That means we’re usually buying properties ourselves, often to rehab or hold as long-term investments. If you’re facing a tough real estate situation, I’ll meet with you personally to understand your goals and offer a straightforward path forward.
With a background in Forestry and a deep love for the outdoors (you’ll often find me hunting or fishing in my free time), I bring a grounded, practical approach to everything I do. At the end of the day, we’re here to make real estate simple — and to create win-win solutions that you can feel good about.

Over the past decade, my team and I have renovated and flipped more than 500 properties, from stick-built homes to mobile homes. Every project we take on reflects our commitment to quality and comfort, with upgrades like custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets, modern countertops, and thoughtful design choices throughout. When I rehab a house, I always ask myself, "What would I want in my own home?"—and then we bring that vision to life.
I’m also a proud husband to my wife, Tere, and stepdad to two wonderful young men, Fabián and Alessandro. I share my home with five lovable rescue pets who, truthfully, found their way to us. If you ever stop by our office, you’ll be greeted by the "Fur Crew"—our unofficial but very enthusiastic welcoming committee.
